Portraits & Plates with Jessie Lee Nash

Service Description

Join artist Jessie Lee Nash for a day of drawing, discussion, and pottery to create a pair of painted plates which will be inspired by self portraiture. Nash will talk participants through the basics of self portraiture and drawing the figure, before exploring the ways in which these ideas and themes can be translated to the decoration of stoneware. Participants will be encouraged to remove traditional and intimidating ideas around self portraiture, and have fun with it. DATES 10th May 10am - 1pm 31st May 2 - 5pm This workshop is open to all levels of participants, including complete beginners. Age 16+
