'Rise & Shine' Handbuilding Workshop

Service Description

For those who love their morning routine, make it even more special with this handbuilding workshop in which you'll make mugs, egg cups and cereal bowls. You'll be using the pinch pot method and adding any personal touches that you like, curating a perfect breakfast for yourself or a loved one. No experience is needed, and complete beginners are very welcome. STUDIO & FORMAT Classes are limited to 10 students, allowing for plenty of individual support in a relaxed studio environment. The session lasts 3 hours, including clean-up. EXPERIENCE LEVEL Suitable for complete beginners and improvers looking for more time to play with clay. We'll support you to work at your own pace. SOLIDARITY PRICING Low Income: £36 Standard: £40 Lend a Hand: £44 (helps subsidise lower-income places) FINISHED WORK Pieces will be fired and glazed by our studio technicians, so please allow a month for them to get through the kilns. WHAT TO WEAR Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting clay on. Clay washes out easily. Bring an apron if you have one - we also have spares available. Participants must be 16 or over.
